Jo Ann served as a Past Commodore of Windycrest in 2009 and was a dedicated member of the WSC Board of Governors for many years. She was a tireless promoter of the club and a passionate advocate for sailing. Over the years, she shared her love for the sport by teaching countless youth, women, and men through our training programs. She will be greatly missed by us all.

The estate of Jo Ann Chandler, managed by her son Mark, has graciously allowed Windycrest to have a silent auction for ten of her very nice sailing art items in order to benefit the Junior Sailing program. This auction will be held at the Jo Ann Chandler memorial Cheeseburger in Paradise event on Saturday June 27, 2026. This is not a charity effort since we are not qualified as a charity.

This is an effort to enhance Windycrest's junior program and your chance to add to your personnel sailing art collection for a fair price. Each of the prints are nicely framed; the metal Chinese Junk was created in 1988 and is signed by Curtis Jere. It is an especially nice piece of art. Mark the date an come join the fun.
