about the Close/MS Regatta
The launch party on August 14th was a complete and total success. Chairman Pam
Low and the entire crew of Close/MS supporters, from the Chimi's food crew to
the barkeeps and money takers did lots of work to make it go off without a
hitch. But the big thanks go to all the members who were there to drop some coin
on some great donated items. Ya'll know who you are and it is greatly
appreciated. Thanks! Oh wait, BIG THANKS!!! BUT WAIT. THERE IS STILL TIME FOR
YOU TO GET INVOLVED AND BE A PART OF THE REGATTA! How you say? You can sponsor
your own boat. You can find a sponsor for your boat. You can also host a sponsor
on your boat that might not have a ride yet. Or come out and help on the race
committee. Just get hold of Pam and ask how you can be a part of the regatta.
